36 Flow Conversions
Recommended Reading:
There are many different units of measure and technologies used to measure flow. Flow measurement is typically measured by the volume or mass per unit of time.
Different substances are measured in different units. For example:
- water is commonly measured in gallons per minute
- steam is commonly measured in pounds per hour
- air is commonly measured in standard cubic feet per minute
- grain is commonly measured in pounds per second
