Technical Help
The IT Service Desk is the place to start with technical issues. They can help you make sure your system is up to date, has all the needed software installed, and troubleshoot issues. In addition, they maintain a knowledge base of articles you can search to find answers.

Recommended Technologies
It is recommended that you have a laptop or desktop with a standard-size keyboard, webcam, speakers, and microphone. Internet-enabled device must be able to access a web browser.
Firefox is the recommended web browser to use with Moodle ISU.
